4. Business Activity

IRICE is a certification body specialising in biodiversity and ecological performance for construction, renovation and development projects. The Effinature Platform enables the submission of certification applications, tracking of assessments and issuance of certificates under the NCO, EVO, HOR and HVE (High Ecological Value) standards.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform (texts, images, logos, standards, assessment grids, reports, certificates, databases) is protected by intellectual property law and is the exclusive property of IRICE or its partners. Any reproduction, representation, modification or exploitation, whether in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation, is prohibited and constitutes infringement under Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

The trademarks Effinature, IRICE, and their associated logos are registered trademarks. Their use without authorisation is prohibited.

7. Liability
